Shipping policy.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! However, for optimization and productivity reasons all orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery times are mostly between 1 & 2 business days.

Free delivery from 75 €!

If you order at least €75 worth of products, your order will be shipped for free in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany! If you order for a lower amount, shipping costs will be applied depending on the size, weight and total amount of your order. You always pay a fair price, the costs for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany are as follows: €9.90. Different rates apply for international shipping (see below).

Tracking your order (track & trace)

Each order is accompanied by a track & trace code to allow you to easily track your order. You will receive a notification as soon as the package is scanned in a sorting center of the transport service.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for other European countries depend on the size, weight and total amount of your order. They are determined when placing your order. A surcharge may apply for bulky orders or for machines. If this applies to your order, you will receive an email after placing your order with any additional costs. We ship to the following countries: Belgium - Bulgaria - Denmark - Germany - Estonia - Finland - France - Greece - Hungary - Ireland - Italy - Croatia - Latvia - Lithuania - Luxembourg - Malta - The Netherlands - Norway - Austria - Poland - Portugal - Romania - Slovakia - Slovenia - Spain - Czech Republic - United Kingdom - Sweden - Swiss.

Damaged packaging

If you notice significant damage to the exterior of the package, do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery person to report it. If you have already accepted the package and still notice damaged packaging, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at canyoudo@minenext.be. Please take a photo of the damage with your mobile phone and send it to us as an attachment by email. This will help us a lot and will allow us to provide a suitable solution quickly. We can only submit a claim for damage to the delivery service within a maximum of 5 days. To submit a claim, we need a few photos that meet the following conditions: (1) A photo of the complete packaging. (2) A photo of the packaging with the parcel label visible. (3) A photo of the damage to the box on the outside. (4) A photo taken from above of the opened package, clearly showing the contents and interior packaging of the package. (5) A photo of all types of inner packaging included in the package. (6) A photo of the item as a whole. (7) A detailed photo of the specific damage to the item.
