This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit www.minenext.be (the “Site”) or make a purchase there.

Article 1. Personal information collected

Article 2. Data processing

The site assures the User that personal information is collected and processed in accordance with privacy in accordance with the law of May 25, 2018 relating to the general data protection regulation (GDPR). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the user is informed that the information collected on the site via forms is recorded in a computerized file by MineNext for the purposes of processing requests, commercial prospecting and improving or developing services, statistical processing. The legal basis for the processing is the user's consent. The data is kept for a period of two years. MineNext undertakes not to market under any circumstances the data collected via the site. In accordance with the GDPR, dated May 25, 2018, the User has the following rights: access data concerning him/her, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise his/her right to limit the processing of your data, oppose the processing of his/her data exercise your right to the portability of your data Visit cnil.fr for more information on your rights. Article 3. How do we use your personal information?

Generally, we use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Si (including to process your payment information, arrange for shipping of your order, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: communicate with you; assess potential fraud or risks; and where this is in line with the preferences you have communicated to us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information (in particular your IP address) that we collect to assess potential fraud or risk, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us use it for the purposes described above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
