Precleaner B

The highly concentrated, phosphate-free, alkaline and high-foaming pre-cleaner for pre-washing light vehicles and trucks. The combination of high-quality complexing agents and special surfactants enables even stubborn deposits such as insects, bird droppings, environmental contamination and wheel rim dirt to be removed very quickly; this makes the product ideally suited in particular for busy car washes as well as for non-contact high-pressure washing. Special corrosion inhibitors ensure high material compatibility with sensitive components such as anodised aluminium. Also ideally suited for copolymer dewaxing. Also ideally suited for biological industrial water treatment plants. Fast-release and certified according to ÖNORM 5106 (tested concentration 0.05% by weight). VDA-compliant, class A: max. exposure time 5 min, max. concentration application rate 1:300. Class B: max. action time 1 min, max. application concentration 1:30.

Depending on the degree of soiling: Pre-cleaning: between 1:30 and 1:50. Rim cleaning: between 1:3 and 1:10. Copolymer waxing: between 1:5 and 1:10. Self-service high-pressure washing: 1:300. Apply to the entire surface, leave to act for a few moments and rinse thoroughly using a high-pressure device.
