Return policy.
As a consumer, you are not satisfied with your order or have changed your mind? It's a shame, but we can fix it.
14 day cooling off period
If you purchase products from us, as a consumer, you have the right within 14 days from delivery or conclusion of the contract to decide that you do not wish to keep the products. Within 14 days of receiving your return or your indication that you wish to withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full purchase price of the products excluding delivery costs.
How to return a product?
Contact us within 14 days by sending an email to canyoudo@minenext.be.
In this email, please include the order number and the item you wish to return.
Carefully pack the product in a box with cushioning material.
Include a copy of the order or invoice with the product in the box.
Take the package to a post office and send it to our address.
Return costs
Returning products or orders is at your own expense. If the fault (such as a defect, for example) lies with us, we will send you a label to return the item. Please contact us so that we can handle this properly. If necessary, we can send you a shipping label for €9.90 (GLS).

Damaged transport packaging
If you notice significant damage to the exterior of the package, do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery person to report it. If you have already accepted the package and still notice damaged packaging, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at canyoudo@minenext.be.
Please take a photo of the damage with your mobile phone and send it to us as an attachment by email. This will help us a lot and will allow us to provide a suitable solution quickly. We can only submit a claim for damage to the delivery service within a maximum of 5 days. To submit a claim, we need a few photos that meet the following conditions:
(1) A photo of the complete packaging.
(2) A photo of the packaging with the parcel label visible.
(3) A photo of the damage to the box on the outside.
(4) A photo taken from above of the opened package, clearly showing the contents and interior packaging of the package.
(5) A photo of all types of inner packaging included in the package.
(6) A photo of the item as a whole.
(7) A detailed photo of the specific damage to the item.
Exceptions
We only accept products in their unopened packaging and in new condition.
Seals or closures on covers, bottles or flasks must not have been removed.
Items such as microfibers, polishing pads and the like must not come into contact with liquids or chemicals and will only be accepted in new, unwashed condition.
MINENEXT is not responsible for damages and lost packages during return transport. Therefore, always make sure that the package is properly packed.
