Fine sanding paste without silicone oils

The intelligent mechanical polish of the latest generation based on unrivalled aluminium oxide quality. The intelligent granulation ensures very fast and residue-free removal of scratches caused by washing tunnels and similar traces of use and gives the paint a deep and lasting shine. The sanding streaks of the 2,500 grit sanding agents are removed without any problems. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore optimally suited for the treatment of moderately to heavily weathered paints. Perfect for the treatment of scratch-resistant paints.

Apply Fine Cut F6.01 to the sanding medium (Fine Cut Pad or lambskin pad) and work crosswise on the previously cleaned surface with a max. number of 2,000 rpm. The cleaning effect can be varied by the pressure, the sanding medium and the number of revolutions. At the beginning of the sanding process, we recommend processing with a low number of revolutions, but with higher pressure. During the process, reduce the pressure and polish with a higher number of revolutions to achieve a high gloss. The last polish residues can be easily removed with our ultraschallgeschnitten Profi-Microfasertuch ultrasonic cut microfibre cloth. Any veils or polishing traces can be removed with our Micro Cut M3.02.
