Micro-polishing polish without silicone oils

Micro Cut M3.02 is a latest generation mechanical micro-polishing product for the permanent removal of polishing veils, holograms, fine scratches and sanding streaks with a grain size of up to 3,000 on all paint systems (including scratch-resistant paints). Thanks to the use of highly specialised and extremely homogeneous abrasive agents, a deep and long-lasting high shine is achieved even on dark colour shades and other shades of the same sensitivity under extreme light conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically removed and not simply covered over, as is often the case. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical to use and can be removed without leaving any residue.

For optimum results, we recommend processing with our Micro Cut Pad and a forced-rotary eccentric sander (e.g. Makita PO5000C, max. rpm). Alternatively, processing with a rotating sander in combination with our Micro Cut Pad is also possible. Before use, moisten new or dry sponges completely with the polish. Spread the polish evenly over the surface to be treated with the sander switched off and then polish crosswise with moderate pressure until a transparent film forms, which means that the aluminium oxide contained has completely decomposed. Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately with other products. For scratch- and streak-free removal of polish residue, we recommend our seamless microfibre cloth for re-meshing Profi-Microfasertuch.
